There is a monthly fee of $24 per
listing for a listing to appear on Home Preview Channel®.
For your convenience, we charge your credit card monthly and
e-mail a statement for your records. Any new listings that
you add in the MLS system during the month will be pro-rated.
You are only charged when you have a listing.
To get started, there's a one-time Account Activation Fee of $49 that establishes your account and allows you to advertise your listings on Home Preview Channel. You will also receive access to Home Preview Channel's Property Listing System (PLS).
PLS allows you to:
- Review all property listings
- Add an open house to your listing ad*
- Option to remove a listing
- Update property photos
- Update your contact information*
- View your monthly billing statement
- Access exclusive marketing materials to use in your business
- E-mail your home seller a Home Preview
Channel advertising history report
- E-mail your Home Preview Channel advertisement
to your home seller
- Add your agent photo to your lising ad
