My Ads on Home Preview Channel
Q: Once I sign up with Home Preview Channel, how long does it take for my listings to air?
A: All of your Active and Pending listings including rental properties start
airing within 48 hours of activating your account.
Q: What information will display on my ad?
A: Home Preview Channel creates an ad for each of your listings and includes
basic property information, up to three property photos, your photo, firm logo
and contact number.
Q: How can I update my property photos on Home Preview Channel?
A: The PLS system downloads all available photos from the MLS, you can login to the PLS to switch out photos or you may even upload new photos.
Q: How do you receive my agent photo?
A: You may submit your agent photo through Home Preview Channel's PLS system.

Q: What is the Home Preview Channel Property Listing System (PLS)?
A: The PLS system is your exclusive online resource to manage your account and access marketing materials. Once you are a HPC member you can login frequently to review all of your listings that are airing on the channel.
Q: How do I Login?
A: Click on the "Agent Login" button located on the top right hand corner of homepreviewchannel.com and then enter your username and password. If you are logging in for the first time, click the "Create your Username and Password" button. Realcomp agents can access the PLS system through realcomponline.com.
Q: Why should I access the PLS system?
A: The PLS allows you to:
- Review all property listings
- Add an open house to your listing ad*
- Option to remove a listing
- Update property photos
- Update your contact information*
- View your monthly billing statement
- Access exclusive marketing materials to use in your business
- E-mail your home seller a Home Preview

to your home seller
- Add your agent photo to your lising ad

Home Preview Channel Advertising
Q: Once I am a Home Preview Channel member, will my new listings automatically appear on the channel?
A: Yes. You don't have to notify us each time you have a new listing, we automatically pull your new listing directly from the MLS system. Your ad will appear within 48 hours of being listed.
Q: Why do you advertise Contract Pending listings?
A: The real estate community tells us that they feel that there's nothing more powerful than advertising your success. Remember, consumers want to see who is getting the job done!
Q: Am I able to advertise Commercial properties on the
channel?
A: Home Preview Channel is dedicated to advertising residential real estate on
the channel, therefore we don't currently advertise commercial on the channel.
Q: How are properties displayed on the channel?
A: Properties are grouped by location and price and are shown at least twice a day. In addition to the standard listing exposure, new listings also appear in "Today's New Properties" . If you change a price, 24 hours later your property appears in our "Take a Second Look" program. Feature your open house listings in "Open House Weekend," and contracts pending listings are featured in our "See What’s Selling" program.
Billing
Q: How will I be billed?
A: At the beginning of each month, we charge your credit card and e-mail a statement
for your records. In addition, you can view your monthly billing statement on
the PLS. Your monthly charges include any Active and Pending listings that appear
in your account. It is your responsibility to remove any Active or Pending listings
via the Home Preview Channel PLS system that you wish to not air.
Q: What if I take a new listing mid-month?
A: Any new listings that you take during the month will be pro-rated and the charges will be reflected in your next monthly billing.*
* Pro-rated option may not be available to all Michigan agents
Q: What if I don't have any listings?
A: You are only charged when you have a listing.
Q: Who do I contact if I have any further questions?
